“For where two or three are gathered in my name, there am I among them.”

Jesus (Mt. 18:20)

The Kingdom of God Class

An original study by Larry Stroble.

If you want to understand Jesus and the Gospels, you have to grasp the nature of the kingdom of God. This is what Jesus is all about. When the Master emerged from his baptism and temptation, he came preaching. “Repent for the kingdom of heaven is near” (Matthew 3:1) and then he demonstrated it with signs and wonders. In this class, we will examine:

What is the Kingdom of God?
How do I Enter the Kingdom?
The Kingdom of God is Future?
The Kingdom of God is Present?
What are the Signs of the Kingdom?
What are the Mystery of the Kingdom?
What is the Ethics of the Kingdom?
What is the Mission of the Kingdom?

Younger Adult Group

This Sunday School group is for those in their 30s and 40s. They are currently doing a study called “The Road Back to You: An Enneagram Journey to Self-Discovery” by Ian Morgan Cron and Suzanne Stabile.  This unique, narrative-based approach allows you to see and experience the world through the eyes of people who represent each of the Enneagram types. That it’s funny and full of stories means you’ll keep turning the pages long after you read the chapter on your own number. Beginning with the changes you can start making today, the wisdom of the Enneagram can help you get on the road that will lead you to your best and truest self.
